RETURN POLICY

 All sales are final. We accept returns for store credit or exchange only for the items damaged in transit or wrong items delivered. To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, please send a request to info@sceniquelab.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that preserved flowers are very delicate and may cause little cracks and/or spotting on the petals. Therefore, any claims made after 24 hours won't be accepted. To ensure your return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with pictures of damaged item. For all returns, return authorization number will be given prior to returning the item. Items returned should have a return authorization number and all original packing materials. Returns made without return authorization number and original pakcing materials may be returned back to the sender.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or exchange. If you are approved , then your replacement or store credit will be processed. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for shipping costs for returns. Gift certificates are not refundable.
