SHIPPING POLICY

➤ HANDING TIME

 Since all of our products are made after the order is placed, same day shipping and delivery is not available.

Once the order is placed, estimated shipping and delivery handling time is 2-7 business days.

Please note, we do not ship or deliver on Sunday and all holidays.

➤ DELIVERY LOCATION

 Items offered on our website are only available for ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Box, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, and international addresses. If you try to ship an order to a P.O. Box, your order will be cancelled and you’ll receive a notification email from us. In this case, residential address must be provide to ship the merchandise.

➤ DELAYED DELIVERY

 For whatever reasons products that cannot be delivered on the date requested, delivery date will be rescheduled for the soonest available date and time. We will make every attempt to accommodate delivery requests.

HAND-DELIVERY POLICY

Hand-delivery is available in selected NJ and Manhattan areas with only custom order. For all hand deliveries, the recipient must be present at the time of delivery to confirm a shipment has been received. 

 A delivery fee will be added to each order placed as well as current sales tax. Fees are different depending on delivery zone. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day, unless requested for specific date. For hand deliveries, you must note specific date and time before custom order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order by Scenique Flower Lab.

RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, since our arrangements are catered and designed to a specific individual, we are unable to accept returns. If you would like to cancel an arrangement, you can do within 2 hours. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will do our very best to remedy the situation.  If you notice a damaged box due to courier negligence please notify us immediately. We accept returns for store credit or exchange only for the items damaged in transit or wrong items delivered. To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, please send a request to info@sceniquelab.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that preserved flowers are very delicate and may cause little cracks and/or spotting on the petals. Therefore, any claims made after 24 hours won't be accepted. To ensure your return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with pictures of damaged item. For all returns, return authorization number will be given prior to returning the item. Items returned should have a return authorization number and all original packing materials. Returns made without return authorization number and original packing materials may be returned back to the sender. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or exchange. If you are approved , then your replacement or store credit will be processed. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for shipping costs for returns. Gift certificates are not refundable.
